Avon Cosmetics..

Hello! My mum is an Avon Representative.. so she basically takes orders from people and sells them Avon products, which means that I get to get products before they are available to most people and I get a small discount on things from Avon as I only have to pay what my mum pays for each of the items! It's so good, I love it! haha. I always get excited on delivery day (every three weeks), which was today! and here is what I got in the delivery today...

Some of these things came from the clearance section of the book! so, the Solutions Vibes Wake Up Eye Roller - £1.25 (clearance - it's supposed to be £10 so I thought it was a bargain!), Strawberry & White Chocolate Room & Linen Spray - £0.99 (it smells AMAZING and makes your room smell so good!), Strawberry Body Scrub - £1.50 (also smells amazing), Skin So Soft Hair Removal Cream - £1.50 (it works so well!)

These are the things in the black boxes from the first big picture. Avon nail varnishes are amazing! and I have around 13 / 14. I just love them so much!, the colours are so vibrant and bright and they leave a really shiny and clean finish to your nails. Going from left to right.. Speed Dry+ Nail Enamel in Sprightly Mint (it's a pastel green colour, and I love pastel colours!), Speed Dry+ Nail Enamel Rapid Black and Speed Dry+ Nail Enamel in Reddy To Go (which is my favourite of the three, its so bright! I love it!) The other picture is a Lipgloss in Candy Shimmer, it's a gorgeous pale pink and it's sort of glittery, it's so pretty. I'll post pictures soon of the nail varnishes, as soon as I've tried all three of them!

This Morning's Deliveries

Recently, I've actually started to wear a bit of make-up because usually I can't be bothered with it! haha. So, I've been spending a lot of time lately looking online at lots of different make-up brands to try to find a whole new set of make-up that will suit me and is good quality and not too expensive.These were some of the things that I decided to order and they arrived this morning! I can't wait to try them out tomorrow! So, firstly is my delivery from NYX, I ordered the Stay Matte Liquid Foundation, the Stay Matte Powder and the Concealer Jar.

Within the parcel, there was also a voucher to receive discounts on the range of make-up from MUA. I'm going to check out their range of products within the next few days and hopefully use my discount voucher!! Thank you, NYX! 

I ordered the Stay Matte Liquid Foundation in Nude, the Stay Matte Powder in Ivory, and the Concealer Jar in Fair. I have fairly pale skin, so I always struggle to find foundations that suit me perfectly. However. NYX has a large range of shades for their foundations, so it was not difficult to find a shade that would fit me  perfectly!

My second delivery today was from Burt's Bees. It was once of their lip balms. I have very dry, chapped lips, especially in winter and although I have a huge collection of lip balms (around 15) I thought I would try these out as I have heard and read in many places that they are very good. 

I chose to buy the Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil, as it is replenishing and hydrating and therefore, should help to stop my lips from being dry and chapped all the time! 'It replenishes moisture to reveal smooth, healthy lips, while it coats them with a hint of colour for an even-toned appearance.' I love the fact that it also gives a hint of colour to your lips as you then don't need to wear a lipstick as well as your lip balm as it may look like you are wearing some sort of lipstick. I also love that these lip balms are 100% Natural! At Burt's Bees, they also have a small range of other 'flavours' of their lip balms such as honey and mango, all with different nourishing effects and they'e not too expensive!

L.A Candy book series - Lauren Conrad

The last of my new books came yesterday morning! I'd ordered them from three seperate places so they all came at different times. Once i got the first one, I just couldn't wait to get the other two! But anyway, they're all here now and ready for me to read! I chose to buy them because I watched 'The Hills' right from when it first started and I loved Lauren Conrad right from the start!

The first of the series - L.A Candy. The cover is so pretty!

The second of the series - Sweet Little Lies. This is my favourite cover of the three. 

The third and final in the series - Sugar and Spice.

I have a book to finish reading first, before I can start on these three, but once I have read them I will write a post about them!

Lush Lip Scrub

I have heard a lot about the 'Lip Scrubs' from Lush and how good they are and I have recently started watching make-up tutorials and videos on YouTube, in which a lot of people use the lip scrub from Lush. So, I decided to buy some and give it a go for myself! I get really dry / chapped lips, especially in winter when it's colder, and with using this Lip Scrub for only two days, once in the morning and once at night, I can already feel an improvement on my lips. I have the Bubblegum flavoured one.

That makes it even better to use, because it smells and tastes amazing!, although i really shouldn't be eating it! I would highly recommend this to anyone, whether you suffer from dry, chapped lips or not as it makes your lips very soft and smooth!

New Camera

So, today I am going to fetch my new camera! I wanted to get a good quality camera, which is also very easy to use because I'm not very good with technical things like that. So, I am buying a Nikon Coolpix L810.. as it is supposed to be very easy to use! However, once I have had this camera for a while and I am more used to it.. if I get followers on this blog and feel the need for a better camera, I will get a Canon, but thats in the future. So for now I will be posting pictures from my Nikon! I'm excited to get it because I love taking pictures! haha

Oi! fashion Giveaway on Tumblr

Hi! So I have a fashion blog on tumblr and recently I had been seeing loads of users doing giveaways.. so I decided to have a go and enter one by 'reblogging' a certain tumblr post, and I won! So they e-mailed me letting me know and asking which piece of jewellery I would like. I dont really wear long necklaces so I didn't really mind which item they sent me, so i gave them my address and they said they would send me the item straight away. Well, it arrived this morning, along with another necklace! I thought that was so kind of them, and I am very happy now! Anyway here are the two necklaces!

lazy day, part 2

So, it looks like me and my mum's cat are both having a lazy day! He hasnt moved off my bed all day as he's been fast asleep.. and now he has decided to come and sit in my lap, attacking my hair! haha. I'll have to upset him soon by moving as I will have to go and get ready for work!

lazy day

I'm having one of those days where I just want to stay in bed all day watching tele, and on my laptop! I have no energy to do anything! haha, although i have work at 5pm so I have to get up and out of bed at some point! I have to tidy my room also, but I think I'll leave that tomorrow and make the most of the next few hours before work!! I also have a couple of jobs to do for people, (sewing) but I dont mind doing that as it's making me money, which will help in saving up for my camera! I hope to get a really good camera as soon as possible so that I can start blogging pictures with amazing quality! I am also going to start blogging more often, hopefully every other day.

Perfume Sketches

My third blog post! I've been really stuck with what to write on my blog lately but I've now decided that when I do anything exciting or new or i buy anything or go anywhere, that is what I will blog about! Basically I will blog about my life and what I do, so I hope that someone finds that interesting! haha. I would love to become a famous blogger with lots of readers so I am going to put a lot of effort into this blog and i hope that people appreciate that! Eventually, when I can afford to buy myself a really good camera, I will be blogging outfits and other stuff all the time too!! Anyway, I love pretty perfume bottles, they're so cute! and i haven't drawn anything since I left school so I thought that I'd have a go at these!

Daisy by Marc Jacobs is like my favourite perfume ever! and the bottle is just gorgeous so I thought that it would be really nice to draw! It doesnt really have much detail yet so it's not very good at the minute, but i will be adding colour to it soon and I will re-upload the pictures once I have added colour! 

I also love everything to do with Chanel.. (I even named my cat Coco Chanel) so I had to have a go at drawing one of the Chanel perfume bottles, and this one is just so elegant! I love it! I will also be adding colour to this one, and re-uploading it. Please let me know what you think of both the drawings! and let me know what other things you would like to see me post about!!
